I recently purchased a Rotai massage chair as a birthday gift for my husband, and I am beyond happy with both the product and the service! I reached out to Sara on September 23, 2025, and she made the impossible happen arranging same-day delivery before my husband came home at 6 pm. Because of her quick support and dedication, the surprise was absolutely perfect.

The delivery team also deserves a big thank you for arriving ahead of time and handling everything so professionally. From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and very well coordinated.

As for the chair itself, the quality is excellent, (plus 10yrs.warranty) my husband is enjoying it so much. It’s definitely worth the investment. The customer service, care, and professionalism I experienced were outstanding, and I truly appreciate the effort everyone put into making this special occasion unforgettable.

Very comfortable and have tried this chair it had perfect design and nice looking in my interior. More like a robotic spaceship design. The massage is really comfortable and the back rollers on the calf and feet is really nice and different. Body scanning is cool and functional.

Working woth the sales staff to help me select the best chair was the best decision. They greatly helped me when I had such trouble when ordering using Amazon.
Do yourself a favor and forget Amazon and work directly with the sales team. You will not regret this decision.
